FPA Retreat will be held at the Hilton Chicago Oak Brook Hills Resort & Conference center from April 28-30, 2025.

How can I book a hotel room?

FPA has partnered directly with the Hilton Chicago Oak Brook Resort & Conference Center to provide discounted nightly rates at the resort for event participants. To book accommodations, please, please visit the Hilton Chicago booking page. Please note, FPA books directly with the hotel and does not use any third-party vendors. If you receive communications from a third-party offering discounts, please notify FPA immediately. This is a scam and not a company endorsed by FPA.

What is the hotel refund policy?

Reservations made through the Hilton Chicago Oak Brook for FPA Retreat may be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the arrival date without a cancellation fee or penalty.

When is the deadline to book hotel reservations?

Room reservations may be booked at the contracted rate until March 27, 2025 or until the block is sold out. After this date, rates and availability are not guaranteed.

Is there transportation to the host hotel?

There are no shuttles provided from both Chicago-OHare International Airport and Chicago Midway Airport to Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Hills Resort & Conference Center. Please plan accordingly.

Is there parking available on-site?

Yes, self-parking is complimentary.

How should I prepare for FPA Retreat 2025?

April temperatures in Oak Brook range from an average high of 62°F and an average low of 37°F. The FPA Retreat experience is unlike most other events you attend in that it is a more relaxed learning and networking environment. Attire for the event is resort casual, including special events and receptions. Don’t forget a jacket or sweater for air-conditioned meeting rooms
